摘要
从警察人力资源管理角度出发,探讨了在警察培训工作中借鉴人力资源科学的先进理念和开发方法,分析了西方发达国家在警察培训中应用人力资源理论形成的比较先进培训方法和经验,思考了这些理念和方法对警察教育培训的借鉴作用。
This paper presents an investigation of police training from the perspective of human resources management. It analyses the advanced techniques, methods and experiences developed in police training in the west. The potential use of these techniques, methods and experiences in training Chinese police is elaborated.
