动态血压监测下左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床观察

摘要 【目的】探讨动态血压监测下左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压降压疗效。【方法】对86例1~2级原发性高血压患者,根据24h动态血压监测分为勺型(60例)及非勺型(26例)高血压,分别选择于7:00及19:00给左旋氨氯地平2.5mg;2周后,若坐位血压≥140/90mmHg,将其加量至5mg;8周后复查24h动态血压。【结果】左旋氨氯地平对勺型组及非勺型组有效率分别为90%(54/60)、88.5%(23/26).差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。勺型组及非勺型组24h平均收缩压及舒张压较治疗前均明显降低,差异有显著意义(P〈0.05),且有17例非勺型高血压患者转变为勺型。【结论】在动态血压监测下左旋氨氯地平对勺型及非勺型高血压患者能24小时平稳降压.且有利于恢复血压的正常昼夜节律。
