新加天王补心口服液抗心脑缺血的实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 本文报告了新加天王补心口服液对实验性心肌缺血和脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。该制剂22.5g/kg·W腹腔注射能显著增加家兔正常心肌的血流量,并能有效地对抗脑垂体后叶素所致的急性心肌缺血。心得安、酚妥拉明均不能明显阻断其血流效应。同时,该制剂可明显增加脑缺血再灌注模型动物低灌注期脑组织局部血流量,减轻迟发性低灌注;能有效阻止脑组织兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)的释放,降低 EAA的兴奋性;明显增加脑组织中一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性和血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量,促进内源性NO的生成。由此证明新加天王补心口服液确具对抗心脑缺血作用。 The article reported the observation on the protective role of Xinjiatianwangbuxinkoufuye (XJTWBXKFY) on ischemic myocardium and cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. The results showed that the regional myocardial blood flow (rMBF) increased sigificantly(P < 0.01) after intraperitoneal injection of XJTWBXKFF(22.5g/kg wt) for 30 minuts, the rMBF reduced obviously(P < 0.01) after intravenous injection of piftuin(2u/kg wt) for 5 minuts, but this myocardial ischemia produced by pituitrin could be reversed by XJTWBXKFY before intraperitional injection, (P<0.01). Intravenous injection of phentolamine and propranoloy could not bolck the protective effect of XJTWBXKFY on ischemic myocardium . At the same time, XJTWBXKFY could significantly abate the delayed hypo - perfusion by increasing the rMBF of cerebral is chemia reperfusion rats in the period of hypo - perfusion. It could effectively prevent the ischemia reperfusion ratls brain from releasing excitatory amino acid(EAA) , reduce the excitatory toxicity of EAA. It could obviously chance the activity of the brain nitric oxide synthese (NOS) and the content of plasma nitric oxide (NO), promote the biosynthesis of NO in the rats of cerebral ischemia reperfusion. All these suggested that JTWBXKFY have the preventive effect on ischemia myocardiun and cerebral ischemia.
