有色氧化铝玻璃复合体的细胞毒性试验和敏感试验

摘要 目的:研究有色氧化铝玻璃复合体修复体的细胞毒性反应和皮肤致敏性。方法:采用分子滤过法对有色氧化铝玻璃复合体进行细胞毒性评价,通过豚鼠皮内注射试验试液,经诱发和加强及过敏激发后观察局部组织的过敏现象。结果:在细胞材料相接触区域试验滤纸的外观呈现蓝染,与其它单层细胞区域相比较,染色密度无差异。细胞毒性评级为0级。20只豚鼠均未见有明显红斑或水肿发生,评定有色氧化铝玻璃复合体的小鼠皮肤过敏率为0%。结论:有色氧化铝玻璃复合体材料无细胞毒性和皮肤致敏性。 Objective: To investigate the toxicological activity and delayed hypersensitivity reaction of alumina-glasscomposite. Methods: The filter diffusion test was adopted to demonstrate the nonspecicic cytotoxicity of test materials after diffusion through a cellulose acetate filter. After the materials were hypodermically injected to the guinea pig, the hypersensitivity reaction was observed after inducement, enhancement and delayed hypersensitivity. Results: There was no difference in staining intensity across the filter between the experimental and control groups. The scale of assessment was 0 (noncytotoxic). No obvious erythema or edema were observed. The percent of hypersensitivity reaction of alumina-glass composite was 0%. Conclusion: Alumina-glass-composite is a safe and reliable material for prosthetic application.
