三种冠外附着体在老年人牙列缺损修复中的应用研究

The clinical study of extracoronal attachment in restoration of dentition defect in the elderly

目的:研究冠外附着体对老年人牙列缺损修复的临床效果。方法:选择48例肯氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类牙列缺损的患者,采用比利时CEKE公司产BallType附着体、Revax附着体、美国产Sternglod太极扣附着体制作附着体义齿,随访0.5-4年,从患者主观感受,临床检查基牙牙周情况、牙槽嵴粘膜情况、附着体义齿固位稳定等方面评价修复效果。结果:48例患者中41例患者义齿美观、舒适、固位稳定良好,基牙健康。1例患者人工牙折断,2例患者附着体连接臂下方牙槽嵴粘膜充血、水肿;1例患者烤瓷冠松动;1例附着体折断,2例基牙烤瓷冠崩瓷,经找出原因对症处理后,义齿重新正常使用。结论:冠外附着体义齿修复老年牙列缺损患者效果良好。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of extracoronal extracoronal attachment applied in the restoration of dentition defect in the eldery. Methods： 48 cases with kennedy Ⅰ, Ⅱ ,Ⅲ dentition defect were restored with extracoronal attachmen dentures, the patients were followed for 6 months to 4 years. The subject sense and clinic examination were observed. Results： 41 cases had good retention and stability with healthy abutment teeth. Fracture of artificial tooth occurred in one case, fracture of attachment occurred in one case, and fracture of porcelain occurred in two cases. The crown loosed in one case. Two cases suffered from congestion and edema of alveolar mucosa. Conclusions： The restoration by extracoronal attachment in the eldery can achieve satisfactory effects.
