铝合金等温锻件具有组织均匀、机械质量高等特点,在航空航天等领域应用越来越广泛。本文介绍了铝合金的塑性变形特点及应用前景,阐述了铝合金等温锻造研究现状及在材料、性能和加工制造方面的发展,分析了铝合金等温锻造特点及工艺关键。
The plastic deformation characteristics and potential application of Aluminum-alloy have been introduced in the text. The research status of isothermal forging technology for Aluminum-alloy has been presented as well as the development in material, properties,and manufacture process. Finally, the characteristics and key processing of isothermal forging technology have been analyzed.
