基于蓄能器的旧式水压机改造

The Reconstruction of Old Water Press on the Basis of Accumulator

就某公司水泵蓄势器式水压机采用手工操作,液压冲击大,故障率高的缺陷,进行了水改油的改进,充分发挥蓄能器的蓄势作用,结合油压机的自动控制实现了整个过程的自动控制。改造方案不仅投入少、效益高,而且提高了操作系统的可靠性,故障率明显降低,生产效率提高,废品率降低,操作简单,维护方便。

Aiming at the defaults of some water accumulator press with manual work such as big hydraulic impact, many faults, and a new design of oil has been replaced of the water, which realizes the automatic control by combining the accumulating function of accumulator and automatic control of oil press. The new design enlarges the reliability of the control system and the throughput with less faults, small cost, and good benefit ,which can be operated and maintained easily.
