摘要
文章提出了在J23(J21)系列传统机械压力机上用安全刚性离合器取代转键式刚性离合器的必要性,并介绍了一种新型安全刚性离合器的结构、工作原理、特点及性能指标。在J23(J21)系列普通机械压力机上实现了紧急制动停机功能。
The necessity of replacing rotating key clutch with safe rigid clutch on J23 （J21） series conventional press has been put forward in the text. The construction, operating principle, feature ＆ performance index of a new type safe rigid clutch have been introduced.h can realize emergency braking function on J23（J21）press.
