摘要
干油集中润滑,长期以来都是采用单线或双线流出式的润滑方式,这种润滑方式对给油点是否供油、油量是否适量不易判断,故障点难以查找,容易造成设备因失油而加速机件磨损及设备卡死。本文重点介绍了ZDRH-2000智能集中润滑系统的详细技术特性。
Usually, the mongline or bifilar mode is used in centralized grease lubrication. But under this mode, not only it＇s not easy to judge whether the oil supplier works and the amount of oil is proper or not,but also it＇s difficult to find out the trouble spot, which will cause abrasion of components and machine block because of lack of grease.The technical characteristics and the application of ZDRH- 2000 intelligent centralized lubricating system have been introduced in details in the text.
