直齿圆柱齿轮不同变位系数开放式成形研究

摘要 为了降低齿轮的挤压成形力,在研究闭式镦挤成形齿轮法的基础上,提出了一种新的直齿圆柱齿轮"开放式充填"温挤成形工艺方案,即开放式温镦挤—冷推挤复合成形工艺。采用MSC/Superform软件,对开放式成形进行了数值模拟分析。数值分析结果表明:开放成形与闭式成形相比可明显降低成形力,改善模具受力条件,提高成形工件的质量。并且根据模拟出的载荷-行成曲线,拟合出载荷—行程函数关系式,得出变位系数为0.2时,成形载荷的功最小,从而为齿轮凹模的设计提供依据。 In order to decrease forming force of spur gear, the open-die forming process has been adopted on the basis of the common close-die forming method, which is a compound forming draft of the open-die upset-extruding and open-die push-extruding.The finite element analysis software of MSC/Superform has been used to simulate the forging process.The results show that, by comparing with close-die forming, the open-die forming can apparently reduce the forming force, meliorate the stress state of die, and improve the quality of the formed spur gear.Furthermore, the function relation equation between the load and stroke has been gained according load-stoke curve.The power of the load is least when the modification coefficient is 0.2, which provides basis for the design of hollowing block.
