摘要
元认知策略是学习者为了成功学习一门外语而采取的管理步骤(也称调控策略)。在听力教学中进行元认知策略培训是提高听力理解能力的有效途径。本文主要探讨了元认知策略在大学英语听力课中的作用。
Metacognitive strategies are management steps taken by learners to ensure successful language learning. They are also called self-control learning strategies. Metacognitive strategies guide students to be good autonomous English learners and they are regarded as the key factors in cultivating students' English learning autonomy.
