就业乃民生之本,大学生就业不仅关系着我国从人口大国向人力资源强国转变的历史进程,也关系着家庭和社会的稳定。而大学生实现就业的三个基本条件是信心、技能和信息。信心和技能是内在要求,信息则是外在条件。

Employment is the basis to live for the people. Employment of university students not only concerns the historical process of changing our country from a country with a big population into a strong power with rich human resources,and also conerns the stability in families and the socity. The three basic conditions for university students to get employed are confidence, skills and information. Confidence and skills are inherent requsts,and information is a external condition.
