摘要
在参与城镇地籍调查并深入分析系统建设要求的基础上,结合南阳市的实际情况,综合考虑数据采集、处理、入库管理及将来数据应用与服务的需要和国土局的办公特点及上下级国土部门之间网络连接的需求,探索了一套符合第二次全国城镇土地调查数据库及管理系统建设标准的系统设计方案。
On the basis of participating in the second national town cadastral survey and analysing demands of system construction, combining Nanyang＇s realities, following integrated consideration of data acquisition and data processing and management of database input and future＇s data applications and services and office characteristics of land office and network connections demand between superior and junior office, the paper designs the system which conforms to the construction criteria of second national town cadastral survey database and management system.
