摘要
介绍了利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对DWX型支柱进行静态分析的过程,并对有限元计算结果和利用传统方法计算结果进行对比分析,找出了两重要元件活柱和油缸的应力分布规律,对支柱的进一步发展提供了理论依据。
The course of static analysis of DWX type floating prop by ANSYS finite element analysis software is introduced.And its results of calculation are analyzed.The distribute principles of the stress of two important parts,mobile column and cylinder,are found,which offer reliable basis to the prop＇s further development.
