摘要
通过对许疃煤矿7223机巷松软煤层巷道的支护问题进行研究,提出了以高性能预拉力锚带网为基本支护,同时加强顶帮部关键部位控制的联合支护技术;并根据实际情况,开发了帮部横向桁架支护系统。实践证明,该项支护技术,既有效地控制了围岩的变形量,又保证了工作面的正常回采,满足了安全生产要求,具有推广应用价值。
By study on support problem of 7223 machine lane of soft coal seam roadways, taking pre-tension high-performance network anchor as basic support was pointed out.At the same time,the combined support technology with the key parts control at the top side was strengthened.In accordance with the actual situation, the horizontal truss support system at the sides was developed.The practice has proved that the support technology,not only effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,but also ensure the face normal recovery,meet the requirements of safe production,with the value of application.
