千米钻机施工技术中固孔工艺的改进 被引量:3

摘要 千米钻机施工过程时,一般采用水泥砂浆对套管与开口孔的间隙进行固孔。由于水泥砂浆固结时间长,影响了钻进的工效;若在砂浆凝结强度不够时进行钻进作业,则钻孔施工的排渣水会将部分砂浆冲出,影响套管的稳定性和成孔质量。提出采用瑞克化学材料进行固孔的施工技术,不仅大大提高了钻进的工效,而且避免了砂浆易被冲出的问题。该工艺在晋城煤业集团公司寺河矿进行了试验,取得良好效果。 In the kilometer rig construction,generally uses the cement mortar to fix hole for interval between sleeve and opening hole.Because the cement mortar solidifying time is long,it affected the efficiency of the drilling;If the strength of mortar is not enough during drilling operation,slagging water in the drill hole will run out some mortar,affect the pipe's stability and hole's quality.Therefore,the article proposed the technique that uses the Ruike chemistry material to fix the hole,not only enhanced the work efficiency,but also has avoided the question that the mortar easily runs out.This craft has carried on the experiment in Sihe Coal Mine of Jincheng Coal Industry Group,and achieved good results.
