摘要 介绍锅炉盐酸化学清洗的机理,酸洗时氧化亚铁被还原成易溶于酸的氧化亚铁的电化学过程;盐酸清洗工艺:碱煮(碱洗)—酸洗—除铜—漂洗—钝化;化学清洗系统,清洗泵、水、汽源的合理配制、阀门及监视管段等。 This article describes the boiler chemical cleaning of the mechanism of hydrochloric acid,the pickling time was reduced to ferrous oxide soluble in the acid oxidation of ferrous electrochemical process;hydrochloric acid washing process: alkali-washing-acid-washing-decoppering-rinse-deactivation;chemical cleaning systems,cleaning pumps,water,steam source of reasonable preparation,surveillance and control valves,and other paragraph.
