Sēzary综合征临床与实验室观察及其诊断与鉴别诊断的探讨

Ｓēｚａｒｙ综合征（ＳＳ）是原发于皮肤的中老年特殊类型Ｔ淋巴细胞淋巴／白血病。国内１９８４年—１９９６年仅有１５例报道。通过对ＳēｚａｒｙＣｅｌＬｅｕｋｅｍｉａ（ＳＣＬ）１例报告及国内７例文献复习，着重对ＳＳ的细胞形态学及共分类，细胞化学、免疫表型、超微结构、病理学观察及诊断与鉴别诊断进行了探讨。

Sēzary syndrome(SS)is a special kind of Tcell lymphocytic tumour/leukemia originated in skin and occurred in middleaged and elder people. In China, 15 cases were reported between 1984 and 1996. This article focused on the morphologic classification of SS. We also observes the cytological, submicroscopic structural, immunological and pathologic characteristics of SS, and diagnosis methods were discussed. One SCL case was reported and seven other cases were reviewed.
