企业战略与制度互动机制的研究述评及启示

A Review of the Literature of Interactive Mechanism between Corporate Strategy and Institution and Its Implications for Future Research in China

企业战略行动除了受到行业组织学派所重视的行业状况和资源基础学派所重视的企业特定资源的影响,更受到制度学派所重视的特定制度的正式或非正式约束。本文首先区分了战略研究中制度视角的三个理论来源,然后从制度对战略的影响、战略对制度的影响,以及战略与制度的动态互动三个方面对战略与制度之间的互动机制进行了理论回顾,并结合中国实际情况指出了下一步的研究方向。

Corporate strategic actions, in addition to being affected by industry conditions emphasized in the industry organization school and by firm resource emphasized in resource-based view, are affected by the formal or informal constraints of institution emphasized in institution-based view. In this paper, three sources of theory is described and compared, and the theories of interactive mechanism between corporate strategy and institution are analyzed and reviewed from three aspects, namely, the impact of institution on corporate strategy, the impact of corporate strategy on institution, and dynamic interaction between corporate strategy and institution. Finally, combined with China＇s actual situation, the directions and focus for future research are pointed out.
