高校学风建设的维度思考

学风建设影响着高校所培养人才的质量,必须高度重视。因为诸多原因,高校的学风建设面临着一些新问题、新困难。开展系统有效的学风建设,举全校之力体现不同部门的职与能,实现学风的维度建设,是本文的研究动机与目的。

The construction of academic atmosphere deserves deep concern for its impact on the intellectual quality nurtured in universities and colleges. However, it is now facing new problems and difficulties due to various causes. Therefore, this paper is devoted to constructing a systematic and effective academic atmosphere by fully implementing different duties and functions of various departments, so as to realize a dimensional construction of academic atmosphere.
