从教研组到教师团队:组织结构理论的视角 被引量:13

On Organization Structure Theory and Strategy of Transforming from Teaching-research Group into Teacher's Team

摘要 部门和团队是群体形成的两种组织方式,两者在结构设计方面存在显著差异。从教研组的组织结构现状来看,教研组所形成的是部门。由部门转变为团队,既需要教研组内部围绕"多人一科"和"参与研究"进行组织结构重构,也需要学校整体围绕"多向沟通"和"基层自主决策"进行组织结构再造。 Department and team are two organization modes of group and there exists the notable divergence between them in organization structure design. From the point of present organization structure, organization mode of teaching-research group is department. In order to transform from department into team, it is necessary to reconstruct the organization structure of teaching-research group around "many teachers for one subject" and "participation in research", and rebuild the organization structure of the whole school around "multipotentiality communication" and "autonomous decision-making of grass roots".
