解决山岳型世界文化遗产在旅游开发中所造成的自然、文化危机,关键在于建立和谐环境指标体系,如明确自然生态系统的和谐度指标,建立保证人与文化遗产资源和谐度的规范机制,确立利益相关者之间的和谐度指标等。而其具体实施路径主要包括:构筑以生态伦理观为核心的价值体系,创建资源循环利用发展模式,建立对资源环境不和谐因素的监控机制等等。

Aiming at solving the natural and cultural crisis caused by tourism development of mountainous world cultural heritages, the key solution is to construct the harmonious environment system, such as making indexes of natural ecological system harmony, and building the system to ensure harmonious development between human and cultural heritage resources. It comes up with definite methods： constructing the core value system based on ecological ethnic value, making the development model of recycling utilization for resources and monitoring system for unharmonious factors influence resources and environment.
