摘要
通过理论计算及有限元分析对碗式回流阀进行了结构优化,使阀在泵完成自吸后,自动关闭回流孔。对射流喷嘴进行结构设计,并研究了3种射流喷嘴尺寸对自吸性能的影响,通过试验找出了与该泵匹配的最佳方案。通过水力设计、回流阀与喷嘴结构的设计优化,泵效率比国家标准的规定值提高了9%。
The structure of dish valve was optimized by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.After self-priming,dish valve closed the reflux hole.The structure of ejector was designed.The influence of sizes of three ejectors on self-priming capability was researched.And the best scheme was found by experiments.As a result of hudraulic design,optimized structure of dish valve and ejector,the efficiency is 9% higher than that of national standard.
