摘要
对某型卧螺离心机转子系统进行了全面振动测试,通过测试轴振和瓦振数据,对转子不平衡响应、系统固有频率、轴振和瓦振之间关系、负荷试验以及不同台架振动特性等进行了分析。结果表明:卧螺离心机小端处不平衡对小端侧振动影响较大,对大端侧影响较小,反之亦然,差速器上不平衡对机组振动也有较大影响;卧螺离心机转子支撑系统应视为柔性系统;卧螺离心机系统转轴振动应引起重视;台架设计对机组振动有较大影响。这些结论对该型及其他型号卧螺离心机结构设计及动力特性优化具有重要的工程实际意义。
A comprehensive vibration test has been done to optimize the design of the decanter centrifuge.According to the test data,unbalance response,natural frequency and the relations between shaft vibration and bearing vibration as well as different bench vibration characteristics of the decanter centrifuge rotor system have been analyzed.The analysis conclusions show that the imbalance of the decanter centrifuge has a greater impact on its neighbors and the differential imbalance has a great impact on the machine vibration as well,the decanter centrifuge rotor system should be seen as flexible system,the shaft vibration of the decanter centrifuge system should be appreciate,the design of bench has a greater impact on the vibration of the machine.The conclusions have important practical significance in the structural design and optimization of the decanter centrifuge.
