摘要
在对一600MW汽轮发电机组配套的油系统的主油泵流道研究分析的基础上,采用加大流量设计法进行该泵的改型设计;并利用基于多工况流场数值模拟和性能预测的优化设计方法来优化流道,使设计出的主油泵能满足660MW大型汽轮发电机组的油系统要求。通过数值试验取代传统模型试验,实现了主油泵改型及优化设计目标。工程应用表明文中提出的主油泵优化设计方法不仅可以有效解决设计工况的参数匹配,达到水力性能的要求,实际运行证明该设计方法是可行和可靠的,为该泵的国产化和自主创新奠定了基础。而且可以进一步推广用于类似的叶片泵的改型及优化设计。
The retrofit design to the whole flow passage of the main oil pump had been worked out by adopting increasing-capacity design method on the basis of investigation and analysis of main oil pump for 600MW steam turbine sets.In addition,the optimum design method based on performance estimation through numerical simulation is applied to optimize the flow passage of the retrofitted main oil pump,which can be modified to satisfy the requirement of oil system of 660MW steam turbine sets with constrains.It has shown that the proposed method not only can efficiently solve geometrical parameters matching at the design condition and also demonstrated that the proposed method is feasible and reliable in practical engineering,and can be applied to other impeller-type pump's retrofit and optimization design.
