摘要
17例60岁以上腹部大手术的老年病人,术中附加空肠营养造瘘。术后病情稳定先行肠外营养,肠道功能恢复即逐渐转为经空肠造瘘肠内营养。全组病人无死亡.术后体重稳定,术后一周达到基本氮平衡.白蛋白术后二周明显高于术前(P<0.05)。说明老年病人腹部大手术后由肠外营养逐渐过渡到经空肠造瘘喂饲肠内营养是一种简便易行、安全有效的营养支持方法。
17 patients 60 years and above who went major abdomenal operations had an added witzel jejunostomy done. Postoperatively,the patients were first given Parenteral nutritional support;and after recovery of intestine function, they were gradually turned to perjejunal-fistulatube infusion nutritional support. None of the patient died and their body weights stabilized after operation. One week postoperatively, their nitrogen balance reached basic levels: two weeks, their albumin level was significantlyhigher than it was preoperatively (P<0. 05 ). The above shoals that for major abdoninai operationgerontal patients. transition from parenteral nutrition to perjejunal infusion enteral nutrition is a simplyfeasible comvenient, safe and effective nutritional support treatment method.
