根据青海省国民经济发展对地质工作的需要,青海省实现找矿突破的思路是:坚持"统筹规划,区域展开,重点突出,整体推进"的方针,加快人才培养,加大资金投入,加强地质资料综合研究,做好几个重点成矿区带项目工作部署和实施工作。

According to the needs of growth in the national economy for the geological work in Qinghai Province,the thoughts on the realization of prospecting breakthrough should be as follows:adhering to the principles of 'overall planning,regional development,giving prominence to the key points and integral advancing';speeding up efforts to train the talents,increasing investment,strengthening the comprehensive study of geological data,arranging and carrying out the projects in a number of key mining areas.
