摘要
基于ANSYS软件,分析了煤矿用新型套筒联轴器在承受扭矩、扭矩和弯矩、扭矩和轴向荷载等不同荷载状态下的力学特性。结果表明:套筒联轴器的最大应力均出现在减振槽的端部,但荷载种类不同,最大应力的位置不同。在连接轴径及传递扭矩相同时,套筒联轴器的外径尺寸远小于弹性柱销联轴器和液力联轴器。
