Dynamic Simulation of Belt Conveyors Based on Simulink

为有效控制带式输送机平稳起动,建立了系统的力学模型,并应用Simulink软件构造了仿真模块,采用MATLAB软件进行相关仿真参数的计算,完成了带式输送机起动过程的仿真,实现了动态参数的图形显示,工程实例验证了仿真的有效性。

To effectively make belt conveyors start smoothly, the systematic mechanical model is established. Besides, The simulation Modules are created by means of Simulink, with MATLAB used for simulation calculation. Therefore, simulation of the starting process of belt conveyors is finished, realizing the graphic display of dynamic parameters. And the effectiveness of the simulation is proved by engineering examples.
