摘要 通过力学计算和推导给出了悬臂式掘进机横向截割这一工况下稳定条件的数学表达式,得出掘进机横向截割时的稳定性不仅取决于横向水平分力,也取决于垂直分力。掘进机的稳定力矩与掘进机重量、履带与底板之间的摩擦系数、履带接地长度成正比,与纵向偏心距成反比,而与横向偏心距无关。 Based on the mechanics calculation and theoretical derivation ,gives a mathematical expression of the stability conditions of the cantilevered roadheader. The result shows that the stability of transverse cutting is depends not only on the horizontal component force, but also on the vertical component force. The fixed torque of the cantilevered roadheader is proportional to the weight, the friction coefficient between the track and the bottom slab, the length of track/ground contact. And it is inversely proportional to the longitudinal eccentricity, but it is independent on the transverse eccentricity.
