摘要
分析了高速电主轴中电主轴和轴承的发热机理,冷却系统的散热特性,在此基础上运用Solidworks建立了实体模型,并用CosmosW orks对高速电主轴进行了稳态和瞬态温度场的计算。
The heat generating mechanics of the high speed electric spidle and mechanical bearing as well as the heat - sinking character of the coolant system were analysed, and based on that, full - scale mock - up was establiesed with Solidworks, calculated temperature field of the high speed spidle in steady state and transient state.
