摘要 讨论了基于WA-31D数控系统CA6140型普通车床的数控化改造,阐述车床数控化改造的方案、工作原理。详细论述了对CA6140车床的进给传动系统、主传动系统、自动刀架和数控系统电气接口的数控化改造过程。改造后的数控车床的加工能力、自动化水平和加工精度明显提高,为企业进行数控化技术改造提供了途径。 Discusses NC transformation of CA6140 common lathe on WA -31D NC system, It represented the scheme and operatingprinciple of the NC reforming of lathe and how to reform existing common lathe. The reformed scheme in machine and electrical parts, the amelioration of feed axis system and principal axis, the design of NC system were described in detail. The result shows that after the transformation the working precision, the automatization level and productivity have been raised, and offered a way of NC reforming for corporations.
