摘要
分析国内煤机行业现有设备的现状和高速电主轴技术特点,讨论了高速电主轴技术在煤机行业数控化改造中的应用前景,利用迷宫密封技术对改造后的机床进行密封,对泄漏量进行了计算,结果与预期相符合,取得了较好的效果,泄漏量达到了使用要求。
Current situations of mine machinery existing facilities and technology characteristics of the electric spindle with high speed were analyzed, application prospects of the electric spindle with high speed in the mine machinery industry numerical control transformation were discussed. The technology of the labyrinth seal was adopted to seal with the lathe after transformation. The leakage rate were computed, the results was in accordance with the anticipated. The effects were obtained well, the leakage rate achieved the operation requirements.
