摘要
根据长平矿主井定重系统给料设备的运行情况,结合往复式和振动式给料机现场应用中存在的优缺点,设计一种稳定性强、性能优、给煤量大的连续式给料机,并对其工作原理、结构、现场安装调试及其使用维护进行了详细地介绍,为其他矿井主井定重系统给料设备的设计提供一定的参考。
According to the operation condition of the fix - weight system in Changping coal mine, a new continuous feeder was designed with the advantage of stability, high performance and coal feed amount, which took into account the advantage and disadvantage of reciprocating and vibrating feeder. Additionally, the operating principle, structure, field installation and maintenance were analysed in detail. The results supply the practice with the design of the continuous feeder in fix -weight system in other coal mines.
