基于巨磁阻传感器的钢管腐蚀检测

摘要 为快速有效地对钢管腐蚀缺陷进行检测,克服传统超声检测方法的不足,采用了基于巨磁阻传感器的检测方法。阐明了利用巨磁阻传感器检测钢管腐蚀缺陷的原理,介绍了基于巨磁阻传感器检测系统的组成,在此基础上进行了钢管腐蚀缺陷检测试验,采集了缺陷信号数据并进行了数据处理,得到了缺陷特征,有效地实现了钢管腐蚀缺陷的快速有效检测。 In order to detect the corrosion defects in steel pipeline efficiently and conquer the deficiency of ultrasonic test, the detection method based on giant magneto-resistance sensor was adopted. It was introduced firstly on the principle of corrosion defect detection in steel pipeline and the component of detection system based on giant magneto -resistance sensor. The corrosion defects detection was tested. The defects signal was acquired and processed. The characteristic of the defect was shown to us and realize detecting the corrosion defects in steel pipeline efficiently.
