当归愈伤组织褐化前后生理生化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过测定硝酸还原酶活力、可溶性蛋白质含量、还原糖含量以及丙二醛的含量来研究当归愈伤组织褐化前、后生理生化指标的变化;结果表明褐化对当归愈伤组织的活性影响显著。 The physiological and biochemical characteristics on Angelica sinensis (Oliv) Diels callus tissue before and after browning were studied according to the determination of nitratase activity, soluble protein content, reducing sugar content and malondialdehyde content. The results showed that browning had significant effect on the activity of of Angelica sinensis (Oliv) Diels callus tissue.
