摘要
在灵芝基础培养基中添加小球藻粉,灵芝能对小球藻细胞进行生物破壁,同时进行生物转化。藻粉添加量以10g/L为最佳,产生的多糖最高达0.29mg/L。提取转化的多糖,并与灵芝多糖、小球藻提取多糖的混合物进行抗肿瘤实验。结果表明,产生的转化多糖抗肿瘤效果最好,在最适剂量(0.2g/kg.d)时,抑瘤率为762.%。
Appending Chlorella pyrenoidosa powder by 10g/L in the basic medium of Ganoderma lucidum could enhance the polysaccharides yield to 0.29mg/L by bioconversion. In order to study the anti-tumor activity of different polysaccharides (from fermentation liquid of bioconverted Chlorella pyrenoidosa by Ganoderma lucidum, from fermentation liquid of Ganoderma lucidum in basic madium, from Chlorella pyrenoidosa, or mixed polysaccharides) , an experiment was carried out in vivo. The results showed the bioconverted polysaccharides had the best anti-tumor activity. The anti-tumor inhibition was 76.2% at the optimum dose (0.2g/kg· d ).
