摘要
以竹节人参根为原料,采用氨基酸自动分析仪对样品各种氨基酸的含量进行检测,并对其组成进行比较与分析。结果表明,竹节人参中总氨基酸含量较高,各种人体必需氨基酸种类齐全,且比例均衡。在各种人体必需氨基酸中,第一限制氨基酸为蛋氨酸+胱氨酸。
The contents and compositions of amino acids in the panax japonicus were determined by the automatic amino acid analyzer. The result showed the contents of total amino acids in the panax japonicus were higher, which contained all human essential amino acids and the proportion was also appropriate. The first limiting amino acid was Met + Cys in all human essential amino acids.
