摘要 采用超声波破碎,离心、透析的方法将有机硒与无机硒分开,利用微波消解法进行样品消化,减少了消化过程中硒的损失。利用石墨炉球子吸收法对富硒酸奶中有机硒的含量进行测定。用1%Ni(NO3)2作为基体改进剂,灰化温度为900℃,原子化温度为2200℃时,测定甯硒酸奶中有机硒含量,该方法检出限为2.5μg/L,精密度为3.24%~8.27%(RSD),加标回收率为98.5%~101.3%。该法具有简便、快速、灵敏、稳定、准确等优点,适于富硒酸奶中有机硒的分析测定。 The organic selenium and inorganic selenium were separated with uhrasonication, centrifugal and dialysis method. The samples were di- gested by using microwave digestion, which could reduce the loss of selenium in digestion. The content of organic selenium in selenium-enriched yogurt was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy, in which 1% Ni ( NO3 ) 2 was used as matrix modifier, ashing tempera- ture was 900℃, and atomization temperatures was 2200℃. Under these conditions, the limit of detection reached 2.5 μg/L, and the relative stand- ard deviation (RSD) and recovery rate were 3.24% - 8.27% and 96.5%- 101.3% , respectively. The method was suitable for the determination of organic selenium in selenium-enriched yogurt with the advantages of being simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and stable etc.
