我国公共财政支出结构优化对策

合理的财政支出规模和结构对优化资源的配置及促进经济稳定增长具有十分重要的作用.目前我国财政支出结构仍存在一定的问题,如经济建设支出比重偏高、社会公共事业投入不足、行政管理费增长过快、国防费比重偏低等.因此应当调整经济建设支出,强化社会文教支出,深化行政机构改革,控制行政经费的过快增长,增加国防资金投入,推进国防现代化建设,以适应新时期经济与社会发展对公共财政的要求.

The suitable scale and structure of financial expenditure are very important to the allocation of resources and the steady growth of the national economi. But there are many problems in our financial expenditure, such as the exorbitant economic development expenditure and the scant social public expenditure, the overquick increasing administrative expenditure, and the lower national defense expenditure, etc. So we should adjust the economic development expenditure, increase the social cultural and educational expenditure, deepen the administrative institution reformation, control the administrative expenditure, increase the national defense fund and promote the modernization of national defense, so as to adapt to the need of the economic and social development in new period.
