慢性心衰(CHF)是一种临床常见病、多发病,近年来发病率呈上升趋势。目前研究认为,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)是一种具有多种生物学效应的细胞因子,在心衰发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。目前,国内许多研究从西医的神经内分泌指标和中医辨证论治的角度论证了TNF与中医气虚血瘀证的相关性,为进一步治疗慢性心衰提供客观依据。

Current studies suggest that tumor necrosis factor（TNF） is a kind of cytokine with a wide range of biological effects,TNF plays an important role. in the occurrence,and the development of heart failure,At present,many studies from Western neuroendocrine indicators and the perspective of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation demonstrated correlation of TNF with Chinese Qi-deficiency and blood stasis,provide the objective basis for further treatment of chronic heart failure.
