摘要
中心偏测量是高精度镜头必不可少的一环,是制作和检测光学系统设备的重要手段;依据测量结果判断光学系统是否符合要求;对中心偏测量中可能影响到测量精度的情况进行了分析,得出了工件安装误差是影响测量精度的主要原因;进而讨论了用光轴拟合来减小安装误差影响,进行数据优化处理的措施.
Central off - measurement is a high accuracy lens essential link, and an important means of making optical system equipment. Based on the measurement result, whether the optical system meets the requirement was judged. This article analyzed the situation of influencing measurement accuracy in center off measurement possibly concluding that the installation error of a work piece is the factor of influencing measurement accuracy. And then it discussed the reduction of installation error effect with optical axis fit, and the measures of optimizing the data.
