醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗急性酒精中毒的临床观察

Clinical Observation Naloxone Treatment of Joint Xingnaojing of Acute Alcoholism

目的:探讨醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳洛酮注射液两种药物应用治疗急性酒精中毒的疗效。方法:治疗组33例采用醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳洛酮注射液,对照组35例采用盐酸纳洛酮注射液,其他常规治疗相同,比较两组平均催醒时间。结果:治疗组意识转清醒时间均短于单用纳洛酮组,两组比较有显著性差异(P≤0.01)。结论:醒脑静注射液和盐酸纳洛酮注射液两种药物联合应用治疗急性酒精中毒,疗效明显,优于单用盐酸纳洛酮注射液,能明显缩短患者催醒时间,提高抢救成功率,临床应用安全、副作用少,值得推广应用。

Objective：To research Xingnaojing injection joint Naloxone application of the two drugs in treating acute alcoholism. Methods：33 cases of treatment group Xingnaojing joint use of naloxone hydrochloride injection. 35 cases of control group,the use of naloxone hydrochloride injection,the same as other conventional treatment,the average wake-up time were compared between two groups. Results：The treatment group to a clear sense of time shorter than naloxone alone group,two groups were significantly different（P≤0.01）. Conclusion：The two drugs in combination treatment of acute alcoholism,efficacy significantly superior to single injection of naloxone hydrochloride,can significantly reduce the wake-up time for patients to improve the success rate,clinical application of safety,fewer side effects and applied.
