中西医结合治疗肛瘘86例

Clinical Eefficacy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatment for 86 cases patients with Anal Fistula

目的:研究中西医结合治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选取符合条件的86例病例,常规手术疗法后,术后常规采用抗生素,中药换药,配合中药汤药口服。结果:一次治愈率为79.07%,二次治愈率为20.93%,总有效率为100%。结论:中西医结合疗法对肛瘘有显著治疗效果。

Objective：To study the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of anal fistula of clinical efficacy.Methods：86 cases of eligible patients have conventional therapy after surgery,postoperative use of conventional antibiotics,medicine dressing change with him for the medical expenses of oral medicine. Results：The cure rate is 79.07%,2 times is 20.93% cure rate,the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：The traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for anal fistula significant treatment.
