Exploration on the Correlation Between Psychosomatic Theory of chinese Medicine and Sub-health

亚健康的中医学研究是近年来中医理论研究的热点问题。从中医心身相关理论出发,对其与亚健康状态的病因病机、临床表现、预防治疗等方面的关系进行了阐述。提示中医心身相关理论的研究,对亚健康状态的防治具有极为重要的意义。

In recent years,the study of sub-health has become a popular issue in the acdamic area of traditional chinese medicine theory research. This paper discussed the correlation between psychosomatic theory of Chinese medicine and sub-health from three aspects：etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,prevention and treatment,which suggested that the study of the psychosomatic theory of Chinese medicine is very important for the prevention and treatment of sub-health.
