摘要
目的:研究降酶胶囊中五味子甲素含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇;流速1.0ml.min-1;柱温40℃:检测波长250nm。结果:五味子甲素线性范围是0.043~0.431,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.5%,RSD=0.67%(n=6)。结论:方法可用于测定降酶胶囊中五味子甲素的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for determination the content of γ -schisandrin in Jiangmei capsule by HPLC. Method:TheYMC C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm); Flows is the methyl alcohol; Speed of flow 1.0mL·min-1; Column warm 40℃:Examination wave length 250nm. Result:The fruit of Chinese magnolia vine armor scope is 0.043~0.431,r = 0.9999,average returns-ratio 99.5%,RSD =2.2%(n=6). Conclusion:This law may use in to determine falls in the enzymecapsule the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine armor element content.
