益气养阴活血法对2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢及血清瘦素TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of YiQi YangYing and HuoXue Recipe on Glucose and lipidmetabolism and Leptin in Rats With Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察益气养阴活血方对2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢、瘦素、TNF-α的影响。方法:腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。测定大鼠治疗前后的空腹血糖和治疗后各组大鼠的空腹血清胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素敏感性指数,测定血脂、血清瘦素、TNF-α。结果:益气养阴活血方能有效降低模型大鼠空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血清瘦素、TNF-α,提高胰岛素敏感指数,改善脂代谢紊乱状况。结论:益气养阴活血方调控血清瘦素、TNF-α水平可能是其改善2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗、保护胰岛功能的机制之一。

Objective：To explore the effects of YiQi YangYing and HuoXue Recipe on glucose and lipid metabolism,leptin,TNF-αin rats with type-2 diabetes mellitus. Methods：inducing rat model of T2DM by intraperitoneal injected small-dose streptozotocin.To observe FBG,Fins,ISI,blood fat,leptin,TNF-αof every group. Results：YiQi YangYing and HuoXue Recipe can reduce FBG,insulin,leptin and TNF-α,increase ISI,regulate lipid metabolism disturbance,Conclusion：YiQi YangYing and HuoXue Recipe can meliorate the insulin resistance and isletfunction of T2DM rats,Suggesting that one of the mechanisms may be assisted with reduce the level of leptin and TNF-α
