rhIL-6对血小板低下豚鼠的治疗作用

The Effects of rhIL-6 in the Treatment of Low-platelet Models of Guineapigs

采用抗血小板血清和致死照射两方法建立了两种豚鼠血小板低下模型，进而观察了rhIL－6治疗时豚鼠生存率及生存期的影响，以及与血小板数量的关系。结果表明，rhIL－6可明显提高豚鼠的生存率并延长生存期，rhIL－6的这种生物学效应主要与其提高豚鼠血小板数量有关，与其它血常规指标无关。

Two low-platelet models of guinea-pigs were made by means of anti-platelet serum and lethal irradiation respectively. The effects of rhIL-6 on the survial rates and periods and platelet counts were observed. The results showed that rhIL- 6 could prolong the survial periods and increase the survial rates of low- platelet guinea- pigs. These effects were related to the increase of peripheral platelets, not other peripheral cells.
