医院内铜绿假单胞菌流行病学调查

AN EPIDEMIOLOGICAL RESEARCH ON PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA IN A HOSPITAL

为了解医院内铜绿假单胞菌流行状况，采集某医院各科室环境与住院病人标本增菌后用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵营养琼脂培养按常规法分离鉴定。结果表明，拖布、水槽、地板污染严重，检出率分别为６６．１０％、６４．９１％、５０．００％；水龙头、床单、门把、床头柜、医护人员手等均有检出；病人的检出率则为１４．８１％。检出的１４个血清型有６个型别在科室环境与病人中均有分布，且两者间主要型别相一致，都为ＰＡ６、ＰＡ１１、ＰＡ２、ＰＡ１和ＰＡ１９型，而各科室流行的主要型别则不尽相同。提示应加强科室环境消毒管理。

In order to comprehend the epidemiological status of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the hospital, specimens of the environment and patients collected from every department of a hospital were increased and cultured by Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide nutriment agar to separate and be determined by the routine method. The results showed that mops, cisterns and floors were polluted severely,and positive rates of pseudomonas aeruginosa reached 66 10%, 64 91% and 50 00% respectively. Taps, sheets, door handles, bedsidecupboards and hands of medical personnel were examined to be positive. The positive rate of patients was 14 81%. Among 14 serum types examed from the hospital, 6 serum types were separated from the specimens of patients and environment. All the main types isolated from the patient and environment were consistent which were PA6, PA11, PA2, PA1 and PA19. However, the main endemic types in different department were different. These findings suggest that the administration on disinfection in the environment of department should be strengthened in the hospital to prevent the intrahospital infection.
