摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压患者脉压与颈动脉功能改变的相关性。方法选取原发性高血压患者98例,根据动态血压监测结果将患者分为脉压﹥60mmHg组及≤60mmHg组,应用高频超声测量颈动脉僵硬度、颈动脉扩张性。结果脉压﹥60mmHg组颈动脉僵硬度为(1437.33±497.41)mmHg,显著高于脉压≤60mmHg组的(843.46±214.72)mmHg(P<0.05),颈动脉扩张性显著降低[(0.21±0.11)×10-2mmHg-1vs(0.39±0.16)×10-2mmHg-1,P﹤0.05]。直线相关分析显示,脉压与颈动脉僵硬度成正相关(r=0.552,P﹤0.01),与颈动脉扩张性成负相关(r=-0.552,P﹤0.01)。结论原发性高血压患者脉压与颈动脉功能改变有关,脉压增高可使颈动脉僵硬度增高、颈动脉扩张性降低。
Objective To explore the correlation between pulse pressure and carotid artry function in primay hypertension patients. Methods Nineteen-eight patients with primary hypertension randomized into two groups based on the pulse pressure ≤ 60mmHg or 〉 60mmHg. High frequency ultrasound was used to detect the stiffness and distension of the carotid artery. Results The stiffness of carotid artery was higher in pulse pressure 〉 60mmHg group than that in ≤60mmHg group [(1437.33±497.41)mmHg vs (843.46±214.72)mmHg]. But the distension of carotid artery was lower in pulse pressure 〉 60mmHg group than that in ≤ 60mmHg group [ (0.21±0.11)×10^-2 mmHg^-1 vs (0.39±0.16)×10-^2mmHg^-1 ,P 〈 0.05 ]. Linear correlation analysis was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions The pulse pressare is correlated with the function state of carotid artery. The higher the pulse pressure, the higher the stiffness of the carotid artery, and the lower the distension of the carotid artery.
